Start-Up Editor is an easy to use start-up items editor, which allows you to enable, disable, delete start-up items using an intuitive graphical user interface. Start-Up Editor is a small standalone executable, so you can easily take it with you.
Most PCs load a bunch of useless stuff each time they start: launchers, control panels, you name it. StartUp Editor lets you take back your boot processs. It's only a bit more full-featured than Msconfig but it does allow you to disable or remove items that automatically launch with Windows. However, unlike similar programs, it doesn't recommend which files to keep or delete.
